The rules for using this website. Your signed rental agreement governs the rental itself.
Effective 2026-09-09. Cross Country Transpo.
By using this site — applying, signing, booking a shift, or looking at your pay — you agree to what is written here. If you do not agree, do not use it.

To drive for us you need a valid driver's licence, the right to work, an active rideshare account in good standing, and to meet the requirements listed on our hiring page. Some vehicles need more: our 2023 BMW 760 is released only to a driver whose chauffeur licence we have verified.
Applying is not an offer of anything. We decide who we rent to, and we can decline without giving a reason.
You choose one when you apply, and the agreement you sign records it:
Neither is employment. You are an independent contractor. We do not set your hours, we do not direct how you drive, and nothing here creates a partnership or an agency.
Fuel, tolls, tickets and your own tax are yours. What the rental includes and does not is set out in the agreement you sign.
Shifts are first come, first served. Booking one costs nothing.
Book it and it is yours; if you cannot make it, release it so somebody else can drive. Repeatedly booking shifts you do not turn up for is grounds for us to stop offering them to you.
Where two shifts on one vehicle run back to back, the incoming driver is asked to arrive 30 minutes early to take the handover.
Payouts go to the account you set up with Stripe. You give Stripe your bank details directly — we never see them — and Stripe has to verify your identity before it will pay you. Until that is done we cannot pay you, however much you have earned.
We calculate what you are owed from what the platform reports it paid, and the split in your signed agreement. If you think a payment is wrong, tell us and we will look at it against the same records.
Once Stripe has the money on its way, when it lands is between your bank and Stripe.
Some pages — your pay, your agreement, your shifts — open from a long private link with no password, so that you can reach them from a phone at 2am without help. That link is the key to your information. Do not share it or post it. Tell us and we will issue a new one.
If you have a console sign-in, keep the password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it.
We can suspend or close access for any of these, and for a breach of a rental agreement.
We keep it running as best we can, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Numbers shown on it are our records, not a guarantee — a figure displayed here does not create a debt we do not owe, and does not cancel one we do.
The site, its wording, its logo and its design belong to us.
To the fullest extent Texas law allows: this site is provided as it is; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost earnings, arising from your use of it; and our total liability for anything to do with the site itself is limited to $100.
Talk to us first — crosscountrytranspo@gmail.com. Most things are a misunderstanding about a number and are sorted in a day.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any claim about this site belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Harris County, Texas. Where a signed Rental Agreement sets out its own way of resolving disputes, that governs the rental.
We may change these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Carrying on using the site after that means you accept the new version.
